Terms & Conditions of Booking
- A deposit of £100 is taken in advance to secure your booking with Romeo 'n' Juliet Chair Covers. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. Important notes: your booking is guaranteed as soon as we receive your completed booking form and deposit. If however we do not receive this within 14 days your booking will be cancelled and the date will become available again. We do receipt deposits but you are welcome to call to check whether your deposit has been received.
- We cannot guarantee availability of organza colours unless they are chosen three months before.
- The contract you sign is subject to a cancellation fee, and all cancellations must be made in writing. ie. 30 days or under - 50% of total price is payable, 31 days and over - loss of deposit.
- If any loss or damage is caused to the items hired on the day byt the client or any member of their party, the named client will be held reponsible for the repair or replacement.
- In the event that Romeo 'n' Juliet is unable to supply items we reserve the right to provide a suitable replacement.
